The location has its advantages being close to the bridges for walking into Manhattan, but it's a bit of a trek to the nearest subway station. For a one-night stay in NYC at that price point, the hotel was completely fine with a great view. The rooms were poorly lit with very bright lighting and a tiny window, but understandable as the hotel is still getting the rhythm with new staff and being a new hotel.
